Beanslooker is a specialty coffee company based in Bangkok, Thailand, founded with the belief that great coffee begins with looking deeper.

We source, roast, and curate high-quality coffee from Thailand and around the world, with a focus on origin, flavor clarity, sensory quality, and meaningful coffee experiences. Our work connects producers, roasters, baristas, café owners, brands, and coffee lovers through carefully selected beans, professional knowledge, and a strong coffee community.

Beanslooker is more than a coffee roaster. We work across coffee sourcing, roasting, education, product development, café consulting, menu creation, competition support, and creative coffee experiences. From farm to cup, we aim to share coffee with deeper understanding, better quality, and a clear sense of purpose.

 

 

Founder Story

Beanslooker was founded by Liz Shen, a Thai-Chinese coffee professional with over 13 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry.

Liz’s work spans across coffee sourcing, sensory education, brewing, roasting, barista training, café consulting, beverage development, and international coffee events. She is a certified Q Grader, coffee educator, competition coach, sensory judge, and the leader of PCA Thailand, supporting the growth of coffee professionals and the wider coffee community.

Her background combines technical coffee knowledge with creativity, business understanding, and cross-cultural experience. Over the years, Liz has worked with cafés, brands, competitors, producers, and international partners across Thailand and Asia, helping them develop better coffee products, stronger concepts, and more meaningful customer experiences.

Through Beanslooker, Liz brings together her passion for quality coffee, education, origin discovery, and creative collaboration.
